| 摘 要： | 目的通过对230例导乐陪伴分娩孕妇的临床观察,寻找降低剖宫产率,提高阴道顺产率的有效措施。方法正常足月孕妇,无头盆不称,均排除妊娠合并症或并发症,随机分为导乐分娩及正常足月分娩组各230例。结果230例导乐陪伴分娩孕妇的剖宫产率、吸引器助产率、产后2 h出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血明显低于对照组(P<0.05);导乐组孕妇的第一产程、第二产程及总产程均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论导乐陪伴分娩可以降低剖宫产率,缩短产程,减少产后出血,降低新生儿窒息率。导乐陪伴分娩为产妇提供了人性化的产程服务模式,效果显著,此服务模式值得在产科推广应用。
