西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

 目的评估西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应.方法将68例抑郁症患者随机分为2组,分别为西酞普兰治疗组和阿米替林对照组,疗程6周,以Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)17项版本评分及治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和安全性.结果2组治疗结束时的HAMD评分减分率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但不良反应西酞普兰组优于阿米替林组.结论西酞普兰治疗抑郁症安全有效,可作为一线药物使用.

Comparison of citalopram and amitriptyline in treatment of depression

Objective To evaluate the clinical response and adverse reaction of citalopram and amitriptyline in treating depression.Methods Sixty-eight patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,citalopram group and amitriptyline group,with a treatment of 6 weeks.The response and safety were assessed with Hamiltm rating scale for depression(HAMD) and TESS.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD between the two groups(P>0.05),but citalopram group is better than amitriptyline group in rating scale of side-effects.Conclusions Citalopram is efficacious and safe in treating depression,so it can be used as a preferred remedy.
