社会支持社会保障可以提高肝硬化患者生活质量

目的:探讨社会支持、社会保障对肝硬化患者生活质量的影响,为临床护理提供依据.方法:采用生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对90例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)和90例健康人(对照组)进行生活质量及社会支持状况调查和评估.结果:肝硬化组患者生活质量和社会支持总分,较对照组显著降低(均P＜0.01);生活质量与社会支持、社会保障体系呈显著正相关(r=0.63,P＜0.01):社会支持低、社会保障差的患者其生活质量也较低.结论:在临床护理实践中应了解患者生存环境、生活质量、社会支持、社会保障状况,尽可能制定个性化的护理方案,提高患者的生活质量.

Improvement of quality of life in patients with cirrhosis by social support and social security

Objective：To investigate the impact of the social support and social security on the quality of life in the patients with cirrhosis,in order to provide a basis for clinical care.Methods：The quality of life summary table（WHOQOL-BREF）and the Social Support Scale（SSRS）were used to investigate and analyze the quatily of life and status of social support in 90 patients with cirrhosis（cirrhosis group）and 90 healthy people（control group）.Results：In the patients with cirrhosis,the quality of life and social support total score were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.01）;the quality of life and social support,social security system had a significant positive correlation（r=0.63,P0.01）;in low social support and social security,the quality of life was lower.Conclusion：In clinical nursing practice,the living environment,quality of life,social support,social security conditions as far as possible to develop personalized care programs of the patients should be understood,and improve the quality of life of patients.
