Objective：To explore the role and effect of risk management in improving the safety of rooming-in care.Methods：The risk-management knowledge as a guide,by identifying the presence or potential risks in rooming-in care to develop risk management,prevention strategies to avoid and resolve rooming-in risk for ensuring the care safety.Results：The implementation of risk management and prevention strategies improved the quality of rooming-in care,reduced the occurrence of nursing defects and improved patient satisfaction.Conclusion：Risk management in the rooming-in care not only reduce the risk of care,but also can improve the quality of care and increase patient satisfaction。
