硬膜外阻滞镇痛对分娩影响的临床观察

目的:观察硬膜外阻滞镇痛对分娩过程的影响.方法:采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉穿刺成功后硬膜外注入甲磺酸罗哌卡因,间断给药至缝合伤口完毕,期间观察产妇的宫缩、出血、新生儿评分等并记录.结果:镇痛分娩产妇镇痛效果、产程、产后出血、新生儿评分效果满意,产妇分娩过程感觉良好.结论:镇痛分娩是一种安全、效果可靠的分娩方式,对降低剖宫产率有良好作用.

Clinical observation on effect of epidural anesthesia on delivery

Objective：To observe the effect of epidural anesthesia on the childbirth process.Methods ：Using epidural anesthesia, after the puncture success,roivacaine mesylate was epidurally injected with intermittent administration until the wound suturing. At the same time, the status of uterine contraction,bleeding and neonatal Apgar score were observed and recorded.Results：All puerperas undergoing analgesic childbirth had satisfied results in analgesic effect,parturient,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score. Puerperas had good feeling on delivery process.Conclusion：The analgesic childbirth is a safe and reliable way of childbirth and worth promoting, which is favorable to reduce the C-section rate.
