低分子肝素钠联合疏血通治疗不稳定型心绞痛43例临床观察

目的:探讨低分子肝素钠联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:选择我院不稳定型心绞痛患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组.其中对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予低分子肝素钠和疏血通注射液.治疗结束后评定两组临床效果.结果:两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论:低分子肝素钠联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果好,显著优于常规治疗,值得借鉴.

Observation of clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong Injection on 43 cases with unstable angina pectoris

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong Injection on unstable angina pectoris.Methods：84 cases with unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The routine therapy was used to control group,and low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong Injection was used to observation group on the base of the therapy in control group.The clinical efficacy was detected after treatment.Results：The total effective rates were compared between the two groups,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong Injection on unstable angina pectoris is significant and superior to the routine therapy,which is worth learning.
