PICC置管后并发症的处理及护理体会

目的:探讨外周静脉插入中心静脉导管(PICC)后并发症的处理及护理体会.方法:分析300例恶性肿瘤患者HCC置管后发生并发症的45例患者,分析其并发症原因.结果:45例患者中,1例因静脉炎拔管,2例因导管脱出拔管,其他均经过对症治疗及护理后治愈.结论:HCC为一种安全有效,患者痛苦小的输液途径,但也存在一定风险性,提高置管期间患者的生活质量,保证下周期化疗顺利进行.

Treatment of complication after PICC and nursing experience

Objective：To approach the treatment of complications after peripherall inserted central catheter （PICC） and nursing experience.Methods：To analyze 45 cases with complications in 300 cases of malignant tumors after PICC,and to discuss the reasons of complication and nursing experience.Results：Among 45 cases,1 case extubated catheter because of phlebitis and 2 cases extubated catheter because of catheter prolapse,others got curing after symptomatic treatment and nursing.Conclusion：PICC as an infusion approach with safety,effect and less pain,but still has some risks.More attention should be paid to analyse the reasons,elevate patient＇s quality of life during intubation and ensure the smooth progress of the next cycle of chemotherapy.
