中西医结合治疗糖尿病患者的血流变学变化的观察

目的:探讨中两医结合治疗对糖尿病患者血流变学变化的影响.方法:将130例糖尿病患者分为西医组和中西医结合组.西医组70例口服二甲双胍控制血糖水平,用低分子右旋糖酐500mL静脉滴注,每日1次,10～14日为1疗程;口服藻酸双脂钠片0.1 g,每日3次,连用4周.中西医结合组60例,在西医组治疗基础上加用滋肾养阴、益气生津的中成药消渴丸,每次5～10丸,1日2～3次,连用4周;治疗后测定血流变学指标.结果:中西医结合组患者治疗后血变学指标较西医组明显下降(P<0.01).结论:在西药治疗基础上加用滋肾养阴,益气生津中成药消渴丸治疗.中西医组合组患者血流变学效果优于单纯西医治疗效果.

Observation of hemorheologic changes in diabetic patients treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine

Objective：To observe the hemorheology of diabetic patients and the effects of combined Chinese and Western medicine on hemorheology in diabetes. Methods： 130 patients with diabetes were divided into Western medicine group and combination group. Western medicine group （70 cases）was given oral metformin for controlling blood sugar levels,low molecular dextran 500 mL by intra- venous drip once a day, 10-14 d as a course of treatment;oral alginic sodium tablets 0.1 g,3 times a day,for 4 weeks. The combination group （60 cases）,on the basis of treatment in the Western medicine group, was added Chinese patent medicine Xiaoke Pills, 5 to 10 pills 2 or 3 times a day,for continuous 4 weeks.After treatment hemorheology was detected. Results：After treatment,the indicators of hemorheology in the combination group were significantly decreased compared with Western medicine group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：On the basis of Western medicine,adding patent Chinese Medicine Xiaoke Pills,with the functions of nourishing kidney and yin,nourishing qi to generate fluid,in treating diabetes is superior to simple treatment of Western medicine in the hemorheologic effect.
