治疗前后CAP患者前列腺液和血清中IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10检测的临床意义

目的:探讨血清中IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10三种炎症细胞因子含量与治疗前后慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)的关系.方法:用双抗夹心ELISA法测定65例CAP患者治疗前后前列腺液和血清中IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10的含量,并且以25例健康男性作为对照.利用统计软件SPSS对实验数据进行统计学分析.结果:治疗前CAP组前列腺液和血清中IL-1β、II-2、IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后CAP组前列腺液和血清中IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10的水平较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05).结论:IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10三种炎症细胞因子可能在CAP疾病的病理生理过程中发挥了重要的作用,测定三种炎症细胞因子的表达水平对于CAP的诊断和临床疗效评价具有一定的应用价值.

Clinical significance of IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-10 detection in serum and prostatic fluid in chronic abacterial prostatitis pre and post treatment

Objective：To investigate the relationship between interleukin（IL）-1β,IL-2 and IL-10 with chronic abacterial prostatitis（CAP）by measuring the concentrations of the three Cytokines in the CAP patients ＇ serum and prostatic fluid pre and post treatment.Methods：the leves of IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-10 in the serum and prostatic fluid were detected by double sandwich ELISA in 65 CAP pa-tients,and 25 healthy males as control.The results were analyzed by SPSS statistic software.Results：Before the treatment,the levels of the three cytokines in serum and prostatic fluid were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）;after the treatment,the levels of the three cytokines were significantly lower than those in pre treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-10 may play an important role in the pathophysiological process of CAP,and their levels may have applicable value in the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of CAP.
