| 摘 要： | 目的:观察磷酸奥斯他韦(商品名:达菲)对甲流患儿体温的影响.方法:选择110例甲流(H1N1)患儿为观察组,给予常规治疗,同时口服磷酸奥斯他韦;选择同期住院的普通呼吸道疾病126例为对照组,仅给予常规治疗.观察两组患儿住院期间的体温变化.结果:观察组患儿低体温例数明显多于对照组.结论:达菲对甲流患儿的体温有一定的影响,可导致部分患儿发生低体温.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effect of Tamiflu（Oseltamivir Capsules） on the body temperature of children with influenza A（H1N1）.Methods：110 children cases of influenza A（H1N1） were selected as the observation group and given both conventional therapy and Tamiflu.126 cases of hospitalized children with other respiratory diseases during the corresponding period were taken as the control group and given the conventional therapy only.Results：The number of children with hypothermia in the observation group was obviously more than that of the control group.Conclusion：Tamiflu affects the body temperature of children with influenza A（H1N1） to a certain extent;it results in hypothermia in some children with influenza A（H1N1）. |
