烯丙雌醇联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗先兆流产的疗效观察

目的:探讨烯丙雌醇联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗先兆流产的临床效果和安全性.方法:将2008年1月～2010年1月间在我院治疗的先兆流产患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予黄体酮联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,观察组给予烯丙雌醇联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗.结果:总有效率观察组96.67%,对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).药物不良反应发生率观察组16.67%,对照组13.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:烯丙雌醇联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗先兆流产效果更好,值得应用.

Observation on effect of allylestrenol combined with chorionic-gonadotropin hormone in treating case with threatened abortion

Objective：To investigate the effect and safety of allylestrenol combined with chorionic-gonadotropin hormone in treating case with threatened abortion.Methods：The 60 cases with threatened abortion in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2010 were divided into the observe group and the control group,the observe group received the treatment of allylestrenol combined with chorionic -gonadotropin hormone and the control group received the treatment of progesterone combined with chorionic -gonadotropin hormone.Results：The total effective rate was 96.67% in observe group and 80.00% in control group,and there was significant difference in them （P0.05）.The side reaction rate was 16.67% in observe group and 13.33% in control group,and there was no significant difference in them （P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of allylestrenol combined with chorionic-gonadotropin hormone is superior to that of progesterone combined with chorionic-gonadotropin hormone in treating case with threatened abortion,so they are worth being used widly.
