两种不同方案治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的:探讨两种不同方案治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果.方法:将我院住院治疗的DN患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予缬沙坦联合卡托普利,对照组给予辛伐他汀联合卡托普利.结果:治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压及MAP明显优于治疗前,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压及MAP与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后两组患者Scr、UAER明显优于治疗前,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组患者Scr、UAER与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应.结论:两种方案治疗DN效果基本相同,临床应合理选择应用.

Observation on effect of two different ways in treating diabetic nephropathy

Objective：To investigate the effect of two different ways in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods：The 60 cases with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January in 2009 to January in 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group received the treatment of valsartan combined with captopril,and the control group received the treatment of simvastatin combined with captopril.Results：The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and MAP after treatment were superior to those before treatment in the two groups with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and MAP in the observation group after treatment was same to those in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The Scr and UAER after treatment was superior to those before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The Scr and UAER in the observation group after treatment was same to those in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant side reaction in the two group.Conclusion：The effect of two different ways in treating diabetic nephropathy is equal,the clinician should choose it reasonably.
