摘    要:目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒血流影像(CDFI)在异位妊娠中的应用和诊断价值.方法:对70例确诊异位妊娠的CDFI检测结果进行回顾性分析.结果:70例异位妊娠患者,手术病理及临床与超声诊断一致者67例,误诊3例,CDFI诊断符合率为95.7%(67/70);附件区包块检出率为98.6%(69/70),根据附件区包块声像图及血流分为未流产未破裂型异位妊娠29例,CDFI显示包块及周边血流较丰富;流产或破裂型异位妊娠40例,CDFl显示周边及内部血流不丰富或无血流信号.结论:经阴道CDFI检查对异位妊娠诊断准确性、特异性高,为临床选择治疗方案提供了重要依据,可作为诊断异位妊娠的首选检查.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the application and diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(CDFI)in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:70 patients with ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:In 70 cases of ectopic pregnancy,surgical pathology and clinical and ultrasonography were agreed in 67 cases,3 cases were misdiagnosed.Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate was 95.7%(67/70).Annex area mass detection rate was 98.6%(69/70).According to mass sonogram and blood flow in annex area non abortion and unruptured ectopic pregnancy were in 29 cases,CDFI showed nodules and peripheral blood richer.Abortion or ruptured ectopic pregnancy were in 40 cases,CDFI showed peripheral blood flow less rich or no blood flow signals.Conclusion:Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy has high accuracy and high specificity,and provides an important basis for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and the clinical selection of treatment programs,which can be used as the first choice examination.
