磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性心肌梗死心力衰竭的临床观察

目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性心肌梗死心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法:将32例发病2～5天内的急性心肌梗死伴心力衰竭患者(均未行溶栓治疗及介入治疗)随机分为对照组(16例)和治疗组(16例).两组均给予抗凝、抗血小板、调脂、扩血管、利尿等基础治疗.治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL及注射用磷酸肌酸钠1 g,静脉滴注,1次/日.10天为1疗程.结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(94.0%vs 81.0%,P<0.05);两组治疗后左室射血分数均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:注射用磷酸肌酸钠能改善急性心肌梗死心力衰竭患者的临床症状及左心室射血分数,提高临床疗效,是治疗急性心肌梗死心力衰竭的有效药物.

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of creatine phosphate sodium on acute myocardial infarction heart failure

Objactive ：To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium on the patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） accompanied with heart failure（HF）.Methods：32 AMI patients illed for 2-5 d accompanied with heart failure（without fibrinolytie therapy and PCI） were randomly divided into treatment group（n=16,men 10,women 6） and control group（n=16, men 9 ,women 7）.The standard therapeutic scheme was given to the two groups,the treatment group was given the additional treatment （0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose 250 ml and creatine phosphte sodiun l g,by intravenous drip, once a day, 10 d as a treatment course.Results：Mter a course＇ treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （94.0% vs 81.0% ,P〈0.05）.The left ventficular rejection fraction（LVEF） was increased in the two groups after treatment（P〈0.01）,and it was higher in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Creatine phosphate sodium coulud improve the clinical effect of acute myocardial infarction heart failure, increase LVEF, so it is an effective drug in treating acute myocardial infarction heart failure.
