布洛伪麻胶囊溶出度测定方法研究

目的:建立测定布洛伪麻胶囊溶出度的高效液相色谱方法.方法:以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.2)为溶出介质,转速为120r·min-1,取样时间为45 min,采用桨法测定布洛伪麻胶囊的溶出度.结果:布洛芬和盐酸伪麻黄碱检测浓度的线性范围分别为0.08～0.4 mg·ml-1(R=0.9999)和0.012～0.06 mg·ml-1(R=0.9999);平均回收率为99.73%(RSD=1.23%)、99.56%(RSD=1.42%),3批样品45 min平均溶出度均在90%以上.结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠.

Study on dissolution test of Ibuprofen and Pseudo Ephedrine Capsules

Objective：To establish HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution of Ibuprofen and Pseudo Ephedrine Capsules.Methods：Phosphate buffer （pH7.2） was taken as solvent with the rotating speed at 120r·min-1,and the sampling time was 45 min.The dissolution of Ibuprofen and Pseudo Ephedrine Capsules was determined by oar method.Results：The linear range of Ibuprofen and Pseudo Ephedrine Hydrochloride was 0.08～0.4m g·ml-1（R=0.9999） and 0.012～0.06 m g·ml-1 （R=0.9999）,with average recovery rate at 99.73%（RSD=1.23%） and 99.56%（RSD=1.42%）.The mean cumulative dissolutions of three batches of Ibuprofen and Pseudo Ephedrine Capsules were above 90%.Conclusion：The established method is simple, accurate and reliable.
