高原山区儿童院前急救的流行病学分析

目的:了解高原山区儿童院前急救患者流行病学的特点.方法:对2003年3月1日～2009年12月31日高原山区儿童院前急救患者的性别、年龄、病种、病情、死亡病种、急救半径、出诊时间、急诊诊断或主诉等项目进行调查统计分析.结果:高原山区儿童院前急救患者89例中,男女比例为1.70:1,平均年龄6.72岁;院前急救的疾病谱前5位依次是创伤38例次(42.70%)、呼吸系统疾病合并抽搐27例次(30.34%)、高原反应7例次(7.87%)、神经系统疾病4例次(4.49%)、急性中毒4例次(4.49%);出诊高峰时间主要分布在18:00～9:00时间段;出诊里程:8公里以内占40.45%,8公里以外占59.55%,四个季度院前急救例次相差不多.结论:建立和完善高原山区急诊医疗服务体系是提高高原山区院前急救质量与管理水平的重要条件.

epidemiological analysis of pre-hospital emergency in plateau mountain area children

Objective：To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency in platein mountain area children.Methods：On March 1,2003 to December 31,2009,plateau mountain children＇s pre-hospital emergency patient＇s sex,age,diseases,illness,death of diseases,first aid radius,visiting time,emergency diagnosis or chief complaint were carried out for survey analysis.Results：In 89 patients with pre-hospital emergency treatment,male to female ratio was 1.70：1,with an average age of 6.72 years;the top 5 positions in the disease spectrum of pre-hospital emergency treatment were in turn trauma 38 case times （42.70%）,respiratory diseases complicated with convulsions 27 case times （ 30.34%）,altitude sickness 7 case times （7.87%）,nervous system diseases 4 case times （4.49%）,acute poisoning 4 case times （4.49%）;visits are mainly distributed in the peak time of 18：00~9：00 time period;visits miles：less than 8 km accounted for 40.45%,more than 8 km accounted for 59.55%;the case times of pre-hospital emergency in various quarters has no significant difference.Conclusion：The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the establishment and improvement of emergency medical services system of mountain plateaus and enhance ment of the quality of high altitude mountain regions of pre-hospital emergency treatment and management level.
