| 摘 要： | 目的:分析影响慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期因素与营养不良的关系.方法:将同期72例COPD急性加重期患者分成两组,治疗组给予营养支持治疗,对照组给予普通治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者的体质量、治疗有效率、FEV1/FVC、住院天数.绪果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较差异有显著意义.结论:营养支持治疗有助于COPD急性加重期恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relation between the causes and malnutrition in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） for improving nutrition of the patients and promoting rehabilitation.Methods：72 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was given nutrition support treatment and the control group was given ordinary treatment.The body weight,effective rate,FEV1/FVC,hospitalization days were observed before and after treatment.Results：There was significant difference before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion：Nutrition support is helpful to recovery of acute exacerbation of COPD. |
