急性胰腺炎45例CT影像分析

目的:探讨CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值.方法:对45例经CT诊断,临床或手术证实的急性胰腺炎患者的CT资料进行回顾性分析,全部病例均行CT平扫,部分病例行平扫后增强扫描.结果:急性水肿型胰腺炎38例,急性出血坏死型胰腺炎7例,CT主要表现为胰腺体积的局限性或弥漫性增大,密度减低,不均匀,胰周积液,肾周筋膜增厚,假性囊肿形成等.结论:螺旋CT检查有助于明确急性胰腺炎的诊断和对并发症的判断,为临床提供治疗依据.

CT imagine analysis of 45 cases of acute pancreatitis

Objective：To investigate CT diagnosis value to acute pancreatitis for improving the diagnostic level.Methods：CT imagine in 45 cases of acute pancreatitis were reviewed.All cases were confirmed by CT,clinical and/or operation.45 patients received CT plain scan and some added contrast enhancement（CE） after plain scan.Results：Of 45 cases,38 cases were acute edema pancreatitis,7 cases were acute hemorrhagic-necrotizing pancreatitis.The main CT signs of acute pancreatitis included the localized or diffused enlargement of pancreatic volume,density decrease,non-uniform,peripancreatic effusion,perirenal fascia thickening and pseudocyst,etc.Conclusion：The spiral CT inspection is helpful to diagnose acute pancreatitis and determine the complications,which can provide the basis of treatment for clinic.
