| 摘 要： | 目的:观察国产长春瑞滨(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效.方法:盖诺25 mg/m2,d1.8;DDP40 mg/m2,d1,2,21～28天为1周期,至少治疗2周期.结果:CR 15例,PR 56例,SD 46例,PD 31例,有效率为44%.不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应.结论:NVB加DDP联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC疗效较高,不良反应可耐受,可作为晚期NSCLC一线治疗方案.

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of domestic vinorelbine（NVB） and cisplatin（DDP） for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：Vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 on 1.8d,PDD 40 mg/m^2 on 1,2d,21～28 d as a cycle,at least two treatment cycles.Results：There were CR in 15 cases,PR in 56 cases,SD in 46 cases and PD in 31 cases with the efficiency of 44%.Toxic side effects were mainly bone marrow suppression and digestive tract reaction.Conclusion：The combination of NVB and DDP in the treatment of advanced NSCLC has a high response rate and tolerable side effects,which can be adopted as the first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC. |
