脑血管意外患者血尿酸水平与预后的相关性临床观察

目的:探讨脑血管意外急性期患者血尿酸水平与预后的相关性.方法:收集200例脑血管意外急性期患者的临床资料,并根据入院后测定血尿酸水平分为高血尿酸组和非高血尿酸组,住院期间死于本病者为死亡组,好转出院者为存活组.分别观察各组患者的预后.结果:高血尿酸组患者死亡率(42.44%),显著高于非高血尿酸组(13,95%)(P<0.01),死亡组血尿酸均(500±91)umol/L,显著高于存活组(411±43)umol/L,(P<0.05).结论:高尿酸血症是脑血管危险因素,血尿酸水平可作为判断脑血管意外患者预后的参考指标.

Clinical observation of relation between serum uric acid and prognosis after cerebrovascular accidents

Objective：To observe the diagnostic level of serum uric acid（UA） and prognosis in the patients with acute cerebral stroke.Methods：The data of 120 patients with acute cerebral stroke were reviewed.A total of 200 cases were divided into the high and non-high UA groups.The clinical classification and prognosis were recorded and observed.Results：The mortality in the high UA group（42.44%） was significantly higher than（13.95%） in the non-high UA group（P〈0.01）.Serum UA concentration was significantly higher in the death group than in the survival group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hyperuricemia is a strong predictor of stroke event,the level of serum UA can serve as the index judging prognosis in the patients with acute cerebral stroke.
