盆腔肿块的超声诊断分析

目的:探讨各种盆腔肿块的超声声像图特点及误诊原凶.方法:对268例盆腔肿块患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将超声诊断与手术病理结果对比.结果:268例患者中子宫肿块176例,附件肿块92例,超声诊断符合率92.2%.误诊原凶为病史不详、症状、声像图及实验室检查不典型导致.结论:超声对盆腔肿块的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗有重要价值.因声像图有许多相似之处,须结合病史、症状、体征和实验室检查.

Ultrasound diagnosis analysis of pelvic masses

Objective：To analyze the characteristics and misdiagnostic reasons of ultrasound images for various pelvic masses.Methods：268 cases of pelvic masses were retrospectively analyzed on ultrasound image characteristics,misdiagnostic reasons and comparison with operative and pathological results.Results：In 268 cases,there were uterine mass in 176 cases,adnexal mass in 92 cases,the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.2%.The misdiagnostic reasons were unclear illness history,atypism of symptoms,ultrasound images and laboratory examination results and insufficient experiences.Conclusion：Ultrasound has the important value to diagnosing and differentially diagnosing pelvic masses.Because the ultrasound images have many similarities,diagnosis should be made by combining with the illness history,symptoms,signs and laboratory examination.
