| 摘 要： | 目的:评价CT引导下经皮肝穿置管引流术治疗肝脓肿的疗效.方法:对临床、检验和影像确诊的18例肝脓肿患者均行CT引导经皮穿刺肝脓肿置管并给予冲洗,同时给予静脉抗炎治疗.结果:18例患者均1次穿刺引流成功,放置引流管并冲洗,平均引流置管时间为18.4天.治愈率100%,无明显并发症.结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺置管引流术微创、安全、有效,是治疗肝脓肿的首选方法.

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the effect and clinical value of the CT-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in hepatic abscess.Methods：18 patients were enrolled into this retrospective research.The diagnosis were made by clinical examination,laboratory test and CT imaging.All patients received CT-guided percutaneous abscess drainage,drainage catheters were placed and lavaged together with intravenous antibiotics.Results：All cases succeeded in the first time,percutaneous abscess drainage was done with a meantime of 18.4 d.The cure rate was 100%,with no evident complication.Conclusion：CT-guided percutaneous catheter drainage is a microtrauma,safe and effective way in the treament of hepatic abscess. |
