心理治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

目的:探讨心理治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将68例抑郁症患者随机分为2组:心理治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗组(治疗组)、帕罗两汀治疗组(对照组),进行1年的疗效观察,分别采用Zung抑郁量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑量表(SAS)进行评定.结果:治疗组分别在第五周和第十周末的SDS、SAS评分较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),1年后的随访治疗组的复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:心理治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用帕罗西汀,且复发率低,值得在临床上推广使用.

Efficacy observation of psychological therapy combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of psychological therapy combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods：68 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group treated by psychological therapy combined with paroxetine （psychological therapy group） and paroxetine treatment group （medication group）.The therapeutic efficacy in the two groups was observed and evaluated by Zung Depression Scale （SDS） and Zung Anxiety Scale （SAS） for 1 year.Results： The SDS and SAS scores at the end of 5 weeks and 10 weeks had statistical difference between the psychological treatment group and the medication group （P0.01）.The recurrence rate at 1-year follow-up in the psychological treatment group was lower than that of the medication group （P 0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological therapy combined with paroxetine in treating depression is more effective than paroxetine alone with lower recurrence rate,which is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
