甘温除热法治疗白血病发热18例

目的]针对白血病发热,采用甘温除热法,并对其临床治疗效果进行观察。方法]18例白血病发热患者采用甘温除热法治疗。结果]18例患者服药剂量最多为6剂,最少为3剂,体温最后恢复到正常,1周内未复发,并明显改善了其他的症状。结论]甘温除热法治疗白血病发热,能够温而不燥、补而不腻、且甘养温运、益气升阳、补益脾胃,达到浊降清升、枢机运转、脾胃气复的功效,实现补阳配阴以治其本、阴阳相维、阳生阴长,最终虚热自退。

Objective]In view of leukemia fever,heat removal method is adopted,and the clinical curative effect observation.Methods]18 cases of leukemia fever patients to adopt warm heat removal method,observation of clinical efficacy.Results]18 cases of patient dose for a maximum of 6 agents,at least 3 agent,temperature finally returned to normal within 1 weeks,without recurrence,and improve other symptoms.Conclusion]The method of heat treatment is except leukemia fever,to fill the warm but not dry,but not greasy,and raise temperature operation,Qi Gan Yang,replenishing spleen,achieve turbidity and reducing clearance or cardinal,running,spleen and stomach gas complex function,realize the effect with Yin to cure it,yin and Yang,Yang Sheng Yin phase dimension long,final weak self back.
