25G结膜无缝合玻璃体切割治疗阻塞性玻璃体积血

目的：观察25G经结膜无缝合玻璃体切割手术系统（2SGTSV）在血管阻塞性玻璃体积血手术治疗中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析18例血管阻塞性玻璃体积血患者的临床资料，其中视网膜中央静脉阻塞者5例；分支静脉阻塞者13例。结果：18例患者中除2例于术中改2．0G玻切手术，并于术中充填硅油外其余16例均顺利完成手术。术后随访视力增加至O．3以上者8例。结论：25GTSV应用于血管阻塞性的单纯玻璃体积血，手术安全、省时、术后恢复快，
