带状疱疹的中医治疗探讨

目的带状疱疹是病毒引起的疾病,将临床诊断明确的人体任何部位发生的带状疱疹,用中药汤剂口服进行治疗。方法将门诊患者按《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准中医皮肤科病证诊断疗效标准蛇串疮国家中医药管理局1994-06-28批准1995-01-01实施》,随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组;治疗组用中药治疗,对照组用西药治疗。自拟统一方剂,告诉患者用定制的汤剂煎煮方法(先将饮片放入砂锅中,冷水刚浸过,4h后用武火烧开后,文火煎熬10min后倒入碗中,温时口服,日二次,早晨空腹喝,临入睡前再煎煮后温服。)一周为一疗程,观察疗效。结果中药组的患者疗效优于西药组,治疗组愈显效率为75.5%,对照组为52.2%;前者高于后者(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为85.8%,前者高于后者(P<0.05)。结论尽管中医药的诊断及治疗目前还缺乏科学的量化标准,但中药在治疗皮肤病方面有显效。
