膀胱部分切除＋黏膜剥脱术治疗膀胱肿瘤50例报告

目的：探讨膀胱部分切除＋黏膜剥脱的手术方式对治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法：回顾分析50例膀胱部分切除＋黏膜剥脱手术的临床资料。结果：4例存活2年,11例手术后3年失访,33例随访期超过5年,2例超过12年。术后5年内10例肿瘤复发,复发率占20%,其中,6例异位复发,4例原位复发。结论：膀胱部分切除＋黏膜剥脱术效果确切、易行、能保留膀胱功能、易为患者所接受。

50 cases report of partial cystectomy and mucous stripping for bladder tumor

Objective:To explore the operative way using partal cystectomy and mucous stripping for bladder tumor.Methods:50 patients were analysised retrospectively using partial cystectomy and mucous strpping who had bladder tumors. Results:4 cases survived for more than 2 years, 11 cases were out of follow-up after the operations in 3 years, 33 cases were followed up more than 5 years and 2 cases more than 12 years.10 cases had recurrences in 5 years, the recurrent rate was 20%,6 cases were in ectopicsite,4 cases were in primary.Conclusinon:It has a good effect and can preserve bladder function for partial cystectomy and mucous stripping to bladder tumor patients and can be accepted by the patients.
