整体护理在烧伤湿性医疗技术临床上的实施成效

目的：总结整体护理在烧伤湿性医疗技术临床上的应用经验。方法：在烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗的病人中开展整体护理，根据烧伤病人的特点结合烧伤湿性医疗技术的专科护理问题，制订行之有效的整体护理措施，总结护理经验。结果：通过开展整体护理，使护理质量全面提高，同时满足了患的需求。结论：整体护理使病人对护士和医院的信任感和满意度明显上升；有利于护理工作的顺利进行，使护理质量有了很大提高；激发护士的学习热情；杜绝和减少差错事故的发生；合理利用人力资源，有利于病房的管理。

Achievements of the Fulfillment of Integral-nursing in the Clinical Practice of MEBT

Objective: To sum up the experience of integral nursing work in the clinical practice of MEBT. Method: Integral nursing work was carried out in the course of treating patients with MEBT. This integral nursing program was worked out and the experience was summed up according to the condition of the patients and the characteristics of MEBT. Results: After fulfilling this integral nursing program, the quality of nursing work was raised and in the meantime, the demands of the patients were satisfied. Conclusion: The integral nursing work significantly promoted the reliance and satisfaction of the patients on the nurses and the hospital. It is very good for us to carry on nursing work and to promote the quality of nursing. It also helped to arouse the enthusiasm of the nurses for their study, to reduce accidents and errors, to promote rational use of human resources and is very helpful to ward management.
