出血性脑梗塞的CT表现和鉴别诊断

目的 提高对出血性脑梗塞的发病机制、病变过程和CT表现的认识、以准确的影像学诊断指导治疗方案。方法 复习了27例平扫、增强病例的CT资料并作回顾性分析，比较病灶大小、部位等CT表现与出血性梗塞病理演变过程的关系。结果 大面积梗塞发生的出血几率频率，出血灶形态各异，周围无水肿区，强化改变与单纯出血或梗塞不同。结论 CT是诊断出血性梗塞的方便而有效手段，可监视大面积梗塞的治疗转归及合并出血时的及时诊断。

CT manifestation and differential diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhagic infarction

Purpose To difine the CT imaging characteristic pattern and pathological processes. Correct imaging diagnosis guiding the therapy. Methods The 27 cases of plain and enhance CT scan were reviewed retrospectively . To compare the relationship between CT manifestation of lesion's size or position and the pathologic progresses of cerebral hernorrhagic infarction. Result The hemorrhagic probability was higher, the shape was diffeerent in large infarction and there was no edema around. It was different that enhance between the hemorrhagic infarction and simple hemorrhage or infarction. conclusions While there is hemorrhagic infarction in the infarction region, CT is the effective method in diagnosis.
