3—5岁儿童骨矿含量及骨密度与发中元素水平的相关性研究

摘    要:通过对87名3-5岁儿童尺骨远1/3处骨矿含量、骨密度及头发中钙、磷、锌、镁、铜等元素含量的测定,发现骨矿含量与发中元素水平无显著相关;骨密度与发中锌含量呈负相关,与钙、镁、磷有负相关趋势,与发铜有正相关趋势。此结果提示发钙与体内钙营养状态无平行关系,不能简单地用发中元素含量评价体内矿物质的营养状态,否则可能得出完全相反的结论。

Abstract:In this study 87 health children aged 3-5 year were involved. We measured the ulna bone mineral content and the bone mineral content/bone wide at the point one-third the distance from the distal end determined the levels of calcium, zinc, magnesium, copper, phosphorus in the hair. The reserch show that the bone mineral content have no significant correlations with the levels of hair elements;the bone mineral content/bone wide (bone density) have correlation coefficients with hair Zn,Ca, P, Mg, Cu respectively -0. 201, - 0. 176, -0. 147, and 0.109 r_p_(0, 05)(85) = 0. 211. That indicate hair calciumlevel can not represent the calciun nutrition state of the body. We should not estimate the state of mineral nutrition by the elements levels in the hair. Otherwise we Proberly get the results contrary to the facts.
