| 摘 要： | 急性心肌梗塞（AMI）常伴有严重的心律失常，是AMI猝死的原因之一，为早期了解AMI各种心律失常的变化及临床意义，总结治疗经验，减少死亡率，现将我院1999-2009年来收治的100例AMI并发心律失常进行分析如下。
