| 摘 要： | 目的:通过食管法心脏电生理检查诊断阵发性折返性心动过速及确定其机制。方法:患者40例,根据需要给予分级递增刺激(S1 S1),程序早搏刺激(S1 S2),猝发刺激(Burst)法诱发和终止室上速发作。结果:28例诱发出PSVT,其中10例为房室结双径路(AVNDP),4例显性预激综合征,12例非显性预激综合征,2例为折返性房性心动过速,均以Burst法终止发作。结论:食管调博术对筛选房阵发性折返性心动过速有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Throught transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP)dignosis and tremination on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods: The clinical data of 40 patients.Given them stimulation by degree increase or programme stimulation and Burst stimulation evocation and termination of reentry tachycardia.Results: 28 patients were evocated reentry tachycardia,among which 10 cases were atrioventriculal nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT),16caseswere atrioventriculal reentrant tachycardia(AVRT),2 cases were atrium tachycardia,they were termination by Burst. |
