锁定加压钢板加改良切口治疗锁骨中段骨折

目的：探讨采用锁定加压钢板（LCP）加改良皮肤切口治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法：对44例锁骨中段骨折患者,采用锁骨下缘皮肤横切口切开,骨折复位,锁定加压钢板内固定,可吸收线皮内缝合,术后配合康复训练。观察术后患者肩关节功能恢复及骨折愈合情况,判断其疗效。结果：44例锁骨中段骨折均解剖复位及骨折基本复位并骨折均骨性愈合,肩关节活动正常。所有患者切口一期愈合,切口无＂蜈蚣虫＂样外观。结论：采用锁定加压钢板加改良皮肤切口治疗锁骨中段骨折,固定稳固,有利于早期进行肩关节功能锻炼,骨折愈合快,是锁骨中段骨折治疗行之有效的治疗方法。适于基层医院开展及推广。

The Treatment of Collarbone Midpiece Fracture Using Locking Compression Plate Plus Amended Incision

Objective： To study the effect of the treatment of collarbone midpiece fracture using locking compression plate（ LCP） plus amended incision. Method： 44 cases with collarbone midpieee fracture were treated with transverse incision of the subclavian skin, reduction of fracture and internal fixation with LCP. Then intradermal suture were executed with absorbabal lines. All the patients also recepted rehabilitation training after operation. Functional rehabilitation of shoulder joint and healing of fracture were observed to determine its efficacy. Result： All the 44 cases achieved anatomic reduction, basic fracture reduction and bone union. The wounds healed by first intention without ＂centipede worm -like＂ appearance. Conclusion： The fixation, using LCP plus amended incision to treat collarbone midpiece fracture, was stable and firm, which help to the functional exercise of shoulder joint and made fracture healing faster. So such treatment was effective for collarbone midpiece fracture and was appropriate to develop in primary hospitals.
