枯草芽孢杆菌对50种中药的发酵及抗菌活性检测

摘    要:用枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对50种中药进行发酵,检测发酵产物与原料对结核分支杆菌(Myco-bacterium tuberculosis)和榛色青霉(Penicillium avellaneum)的抗菌活性。结果表明:部分中药的发酵产物抗菌活性增加,而部分中药的发酵产物抗菌活性降低,部分中药的活性不变。说明微生物发酵中药的过程中,两者发生相互作用导致发酵前后中药成分发生变化,从而抗菌活性发生变化。

Abstract:50 Traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs) were fermented byBacillus subtilisand the antimicrobial activities of the fer-mented products were assayed againstMycobacterium tuberculosisandPenicillium avellaneum.The results showed that some products ofthem had stronger antimicrobial activities,but some weaker than the corresponding rawmaterials,still some had no change,which in-dicated that microorganism and TCM can effect each other during fermentation.
