| 摘 要： | 目的探讨风湿性心脏瓣膜病合并左房血栓的诊断及处理的经验。方法回顾分析2002年1月至2009年12月我院心脏外科手术治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病合并左房血栓97例。所有患者均行左房血栓清除术,同期行二尖瓣置换术（MVR）73例,二尖瓣及主动脉瓣置换术（DVR）24例,三尖瓣成形术（TVP）81例,左房折叠13例。结果术后生存96例,死亡1例,脑、四肢并发症2例。随访2月～6 a,心功能均有不同程度改善,无栓塞发生。结论对风心病合并左房血栓的患者,准确诊断、术中操作轻柔并彻底清除血栓、术后合理抗凝治疗,可避免在围手术期及远期出现脑、四肢动脉栓塞,降低病死率。
