| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨开腹肝穿刺法建立兔VX2肝癌模型以及经兔股动脉微导管肝左动脉超选择性插管的可行性及技术特点.方法 健康新西兰大白兔40只,开腹以16G腰椎穿刺针将VX2瘤组织块种植到兔肝左内叶.2周后行螺旋CT扫描,然后在兔一侧腹股沟区行股动脉鞘管置入,在DSA引导下应用微导管行腹腔动脉造影,分析兔腹腔动脉主要分支走行及肝脏...
