| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性硬膜下血肿复发与术后引流时间的关系.方法 对患双侧慢性硬膜下血肿,接受钻孔引流手术治疗并且两侧引流时间不相等、术后血肿复发的病例进行回顾性研究,分析影响慢性硬膜下血肿复发的影响因素.结果 7例符合条件的病例中,6例血肿复发侧引流时间＜3d,1例血肿复发侧引流时间＞3d.引流＜3d的血肿复发率明显高于引流3...
