| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨顽固性舒张期高血压有效治疗方案。[方法]60例顽固性舒张期高血压患者随机分成两组,治疗组口服氯沙坦钾片加中药自拟健脾活血泻肝汤治疗;对照组口服氯沙坦钾片。[结果]12周结束时两组舒张压下降幅度治疗组比对照组大(P0.01)。[结论]西药合并中药治肝、健脾、祛瘀化淤法,改善患者临床症状,降低舒张压。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the effective method for refractory diastolic hypertension. [Method] Divide 60 cases randomly into 2 groups, treatment group 1 takes Losartan Potassium and TCM decoction; control group 2, only Losartan Potassium. [Result] After 12w, the pressure reduction was much more in group 1 than group 2. [Conclusion] The combination of TCM and WM can relieve patients clinical symptoms and reduce diastolic pressure. |
