星状神经节阻滞及He-Ne激光照射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞加He-Ne激光照射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为3组,A组接受星状神经节药物阻滞;B组接受星状神经节激光照射;C组同时接受2种方法.治疗前后评定患者眩晕、头痛、脑血流图血供状况及基-椎动脉的平均血流速度.结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,3组患者眩晕、头痛程度与治疗前比较均有减轻,脑血流图、基-椎动脉平均血流速度均改善,C组优于A、B组(P＜0.05、P＜0.01).结论:星状神经阻滞结合He-Ne激光照射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病副反应小,治疗次数少且疗效显著.

Ganglion Stellaturm Blocker and He-Ne Laser Radiation in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: To observe the efficacy of ganglion stellatum blocker(GSB) and He-Ne laser radiation in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(VACS).Methods: Ninety patients with VACS were randomly divided into three groups.Group A received GSB treatment,group B received ganglion stellatum laser radiation treatment,and group C received the treatments of GSB and He-Ne laser radiation.The scores of vertigo and headache and the station of rheoencephalogram and average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and base artery were assessed before and after treatment.Results: After 6 weeks therapy,the scores of vertigo and headache of the three groups were markedly lower than those before treatment.There was a significant difference in the improvement between group C and the other groups in the station of rheoencephalogram and average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and base artery.Conclusion: GSB combined with He-Ne laser radiation are safe and effective in treating VACS,and the curative effect is perfect.
