特制人工假体在疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤中的应用

目的 :探讨特制人工假体在治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤中的应用。方法 :随访了 6 1例肿瘤扩大切除、采用人工特制假体置换术进行功能重建的患者 ,总结分析其临床效果和手术经验。结果 :6 1例患者中 ,2年无瘤生存 44例占 72 .1%,局部复发 12例占 19 7%,死亡 2 0例 ,5年生存率达 6 7 2 %。结论 :将肿瘤段及周围 3～ 5cm内的正常软组织一并切除 ,术后辅助全身系统性化疗 ,不仅可以保留肢体的功能 ,而且能够有效防止肿瘤复发 ,极大的提高了 5年生存率。

Clinical application of special peosthesis on malignant bone tumor resection

Objective: It is to discuss clinical application of special peosthesis on malignant bone tumor resection. Methods: Sixty-one patients with special peosthesis replacement after resection of malignant bone tumor were followed up. The effect and experiments were summarized and analyzed. Results: Among these 61 patients, 44 patients (72.1%) survived for tow years without tumor, 12 patients (19.7%) locally relapsed, 20 patients died, and the five survival rate was 67.2 per cent. Conclusion: Resection of tumors extending to normal tissues for 3~5 cm and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, plays an important role in preventing the recurrence of tumors and improving survival rate.
