摘    要:目的:探讨Ezrin和Survivin在宫颈病变中的表达及其与癌浸润和转移的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测40例宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌、38例CIN3、28例CIN1~2和15例正常宫颈组织中Ezrin和Survivin的表达。结果:Ezrin、Sur-vivin在宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的表达显著高于正常对照组及CIN1~2组(P0.05),Ezrin和Survivin在宫颈浸润性癌中的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期和病理分级无关,但均与淋巴结转移有关。结论:Ezrin和Survivin在宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的高表达与宫颈癌的侵袭性行为有关,可作为判断早期宫颈癌预后的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in cervical lesions and their relationship with invasion and metastasis.Methods:The expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in 40 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma,38 cases of CIN3,28 cases of CIN1~2,15 cases of normal cervical epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results:The expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma were significantly higher than those in control group and CIN1~2 (P<0.05),there was no correlation between expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma and clinical stages,pathological grading,but the expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma were related to lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion:The high expression levels of Ezrin and Survivin in invasive cervical carcinoma are related to invasion of cervical carcinoma,which can be used as a prognostic indicator of prognosis of early cervical carcinoma.
