钙粘素与Ki-67和p16在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨钙粘素(E-cadherin,E-cd)、p16和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测53例胶质瘤和12例正常脑组织中的E-cd、p16蛋白和Ki-67的表达。结果E-cd和p16在正常脑组织中的阳性表达率均为100%;E-cd在Ⅰ-Ⅱ级和Ⅲ-Ⅳ级胶质瘤中阳性表达率分别为53.6%、20.0%,各级肿瘤组织之间以及与对照组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);p16在Ⅰ-Ⅱ级和Ⅲ-Ⅳ级胶质瘤中阳性表达率分别为57.1%、24.0%,肿瘤组织学分级之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组之间也有显著性差异(P<0.01);而且E-cd和p16二者在胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05);Ki67在不同级别的肿瘤组织中的阳性细胞为1%-30%,各级肿瘤之间以及与对照组之间的阳性表达率有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论E-ed、p16和Ki-67在胶质瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用,并且对于评估胶质瘤的恶性程度及预后有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical significance of E-cadherin(E-cd),p16 and Ki-67 expressions in human glioma.Methods Expressions of E-cd,p16 and Ki-67 were detected in 53 cases of glioma and 12 cases of normal brain tissue by means of immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rates of E-cd and p16 in normal brain tissue (100%) were significantly higher than those in the gliomas. The positive expression rate of E-cd in the gliomas of gradesⅠ-Ⅱ(53.6%)was significantly higher than that in the gliomas of gradesⅢ-Ⅳ(20.0%) (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of p16 in the gliomas of gradesⅠ-Ⅱ(57.1%)was significantly higher than that in the gliomas of gradesⅢ-Ⅳ(24.0%) (P< 0.05);and the expresion of E-cd was positively correlated to that of p16 in the gliomas (P<0.05).The expression of Ki67 were also seen in all kinds of gliomas, but the positive cells (frame 1%-30%)varied significantly between different grades (P<0.01).Conclusion E-cd,p16 and Ki-67 could play an important roles in the pathogenesis and development of the gliomas and they are helpful to evaluate prognosis of patients with gliomas.
