| 摘 要： | 目的 观察二氧化碳（CO2）激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床疗效和预后情况.方法 将155例患者随机分为观察组（77例）和对照组（78例）,两组患者均用CO2激光治疗,观察组在此基础上加用5﹪咪喹莫特乳膏治疗.连续随访3个月,观察两组患者的治愈率、复发率及不良反应情况.结果 观察组治愈率85.71%（66/77）,复发率14.29%（11/77）;对照组治愈率53.85%（42/78）,复发率46.15%（36/78）.两组治愈率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.观察组的不良反应发生率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,但未发生系统性不良反应.结论 CO2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好、复发率低、无系统性不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用.
