头针对脑瘫患儿发育商影响的差异性研究

目的 了解头针配合引导式教育对6个月-4岁脑性瘫痪患儿发育商影响的差异性。方法 将符合入选标准的98例脑性瘫痪患儿按年龄分为〈1岁组、1-2岁组和2-4岁组各为32例、32例和34例．治疗方式：头针治疗＋引导式教育＋药物治疗。10天一个疗程，隔10天。治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行发育商（DQ）评价。结果 〈1岁组和1-2岁组治疗后比治疗前均分提高了15．10、15，32分，t=2．89、2．35。2～4岁组治疗后比治疗前均分提高了7．69分，t=1．97。结论 头针配合引导式教育可提高6个月～4岁脑性瘫痪患儿发育商，但大于2岁患儿的治疗效果不如2岁以内的患儿。

Differences of Effects of Head Accupuncture on Development Quotient in Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective To investigate the differences of the effect of head acupuncture combined with conductive education on children with cerebral palsy of 6 months to 4 years old.Methods According to age,98 children with cerebral palsy,who accorded with the criteria,were divided into <1-year-old group(n=32),1~2 year-old group(n=32) and 2~4 year-old group(n=34).Therapeutic methods: head acupuncture conductive education drug therapy.10 days as a course,every 10 days.The development quotient(DQ) was evaluated before and after treatment respectively.Results The average score after treatment was significantly increased as compared with that before treatment in the <1-year-old group and 1~2 year-old group by 15.10 and 15.32 points respectively(t=2.89,2.35,P<0.05).The average score after treatment in the 2~4 year-old group was increased by 7.69 points as compared with that before treatment,and there was no significant difference(t=1.97,P>0.05).Conclusion Head acupuncture combined with conductive education can improve the development quotient in children with cerebral palsy of 6 months to 4 years old,but the effect on the children above 2 years old is not as good as those below 2 years old.
