健康教育对老年公寓冠心病老人生活方式的影响

目的探讨社会转型时期健康教育模式对老年公寓冠心病老人生活方式的影响,观察冠心病老人生活方式的改变情况。方法将不同的老年公寓的冠心病老人分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施传统的健康教育措施,由护理员进行健康指导。实验组实施＂三位一体＂护理模式下的健康教育方法,由护士进行健康指导,观察半年。结果实验组的冠心病老人对健康教育的依从性高于对照组。结论＂三位一体＂护理模式下的健康教育方法,有利于改变老年公寓冠心病老人不良的生活方式。

Influence of health education on life among the old man with coronary heart disease(CHD) in old people's home

Objective To explore the influence of health education mode on life style among the old man with coronary heart disease（CHD）in old people＇s home during the social transition period,and observe the lifestyle changes of the elderly with coronary heart disease.Methods To divide the old man with coronary heart disease from different apartments into two groups,the control group which was implemented traditional health educa-tion,guided by health care workers while the experimental group which was implemented the health education methods under the＂Trinity＂nursing model,guided by nurses,and just for six months.Results The compliance of the health education between the old man in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The health education methods under th＂eTrinity＂nursing model have advan-tages to change the bad life style among the old man with coronary heart disease（CHD）in apartment for elder-ly people.
