2003～2005年原平市部分从业人员乙肝病毒感染情况分析

目的]了解原平市餐饮、公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒感染状况。方法]对2003～2005年原平市10523名从业人员健康体检者的HBsAg、HBeAg检测资料进行分析。结果]HBsAg阳性率为4．39％，HBsAg阳性者的HBeAg阳性率为22．08％。HBsAg、HBeAg阳性率均为男性高于女性，低年龄组高于高年龄组，饮食业从业人员高于公共场所从业人员（P〈0．01或〈0．05）。结论]原平市饮食、公共场所从业人员HBV感染率低于全国平均水平。

Analysis of HBV Infection Status Among Some Employees in Yuanping City from 2003 to 2005

Objective]To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection among employees from catering and entertainment places in Yuanping city.Methods]Data from 10 523 employees who were tested for HBsAg and HBeAg in Yuanping city from 2003 to 2005 was analyzed.Results]HBsAg positive rate was 4.39%,among HBsAg positive cases,HBeAg positive rate was 22.08%.The positive rate of HBsAg and HBeAg was higher in males than that in females.It was higher in young group than that in older group.The positive rate in employees working in catering was higher than the employees working in entertainment place(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion]The infection rate of HBV among employees working in catering and entertainment place in Yuanping city was lower than the national average level.
