| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通阳利尿散对急性肾衰大鼠的利尿作用。方法:用水负荷大鼠及甘油所致急性肾衰大鼠,探讨通阳利尿散对其排尿作用的影响。结果:通阳利尿散能明显增加大鼠总排尿量并缩短排尿潜伏期,降低尿TP和血清BUN含量。结论:通阳利尿散具有显著的利尿效应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the diurctic action of Tongyangliniao Powder(TYP) to acute renal failure rats.Methods:The urinary effects of TYP were studied in the loading rats with water and glycerine.Results:TYP could significantly increase the urinary output,shorten the latent period of emiction,and reduce the contents of TP in urine and BUN in blood serum.Conclusion:TYP exerted the significant diuretic effect in rats. |
