优质护理模式在2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨优质护理模式在2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2012年1月1日～2014年1月1日我院收治的120例2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规方法护理,研究组给予优质护理模式。结果 研究组在护理后体重指数、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表上明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组经过护理在住院时间上和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者应用优质护理模式进行护理,取得的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,值得广泛应用于临床护理中。

Application effect of high quality nursing mode in patients with type 2 diabetic osteoporosis

Objective To study the effect of using high quality nursing mode in patients with type 2 diabetic osteo- porosis. Methods From January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2014 in our hospital 120 cases of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the control group were given routine care, patients in study group were given high quality nursing mode. Results The study group patients in nursing after the body mass in- dex, self rating anxiety scale, self rating depression scale were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the difference of the study group patients after care at the time of hospitalization and the control group had statistical sig- nificance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic osteoporosis patients with high quality nursing, application effect is remarkable, can effectively improve the patients with anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, shorten the hos- pitalization time, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth widely used in clinical nursing.
