| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前列腺液脓球与卵磷脂小体计数与病原体培养的关系,提高临床诊断水平.方法 对2002年9月至2009年9月间,我院泌尿外科门诊1 136例前列腺炎患者行前列腺液常规检查,计数脓球、卵磷脂小体,同时行前列腺液需氧细菌培养和支原体、衣原体培养.结果 1 136例前列腺液标本中,有284例(25.0%)病原体培养阳性,共计培养出病原体313株.脓球数目为-、+、++、+++～++++时,病原体培养阳性率分别为20.1%,32.5%,67.6%,64.3%,卵磷脂小体数目为-、+、++、+++、++++时,病原体培养阳性率分别为68.2%,30.6%,19.7%,20.6%,24.3%.结论 随着前列腺液中脓球数目的 增加、卵磷脂小体的减少,病原体培养阳性率逐渐增高,有助于早期预估病原体培养结果.
