白内障患者F-ERG表现及其临床意义的研究

目的：探讨晶状体混浊对闪光视网膜电流图（flash electroretinogram,F-ERG)的影响。以及白内障术前F－ERG评估视网膜功能的价值。方法：对一组白内障患者手术前后暗适应ERG、闪烁ERG检查。分析FERG的检查结果及其与术后视力、眼底情况的关系。结果：眼底正常组术前暗适应ERGb波振幅、峰时与正常对照组无显著差异，而眼底异常组与正常对照组有显著差异。术前暗适应ERGb波振幅与术后视力有关。结论：白内障手术前行FERG检查有助于视功能的评估及预测术后视力。

A study on F-ERG responses of cataractous patients and its clinical significances

Objective Investigate the effects of lens opacities on flash electroretinogram(F ERG) and evaluate the retinal function of the cataractous patients by preoperative ERG.Method The dark adaptation ERG and the Flicker ERG were performed before and after the cataractous surgery.We analyzed the ERG responses and the relations among the results the postoperative visual acuity and the ocular fundus.Result The data showed the amplitude and the implicit time of the preoperative dark adaptation ERG b wave in the normal fundus of the cataractous patients had no significant difference to the controls,but there is significant difference between the abnormal fundus and the controls.The significant correlation was found between the amplitude of the preoperative dark adaptation ERG b wave and the postoperative visual acuity.Conclusion The preoperative F ERG examination was helpful for estimating the retinal function and the postoperative visual acuity
